Capabilities and Facilities Overview

We specialize in the fabrication and construction of a wide range of components for onshore and offshore facilities, including:

Fabrication and Storage Facilities

• Total Area:
  • 218,000 m² of compacted fabrication area, outside storage, laydown, and assembly space at the quayside.
• High Bay Workshop:
  • 2,500 m² with two 25-ton cranes and 17 meters under the hook clearance.
• Blasting and Priming Workshop:
  • 560 m² dedicated space for surface preparation.
• Material Warehouses:
  • 825 m² for secure storage of materials.
• Cutting and Profiling Shop:
  • 240 m² for precision cutting and shaping.
• Heavy Pile/Can Welding Line:
  • 3,682 m² for large-scale welding operations.
• Customs Warehouse:
  • 1,000 m² for customs-compliant storage.

Quayside Specifications

• Dedicated Quay:
  • 35 meters long with offset mooring bollards positioned 210 meters apart.
• Quay Height:
  • 3.5 meters above Mean Sea Level (MSL).
• Water Depth:
  • 8 meters at the quayside, with soil conditions suitable for accommodating jack-up rigs.
