Applicable Terms & Conditions: 

The rental term shall range from a minimum of three (3) months to a maximum of twelve (12) months and may be terminated by the Customer upon expiry of the initial term.

Any termination notice must be received in writing no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the end of the current term.

Failing such notice, the agreement shall be automatically renewed for a successive twelve (12) month period.

The fees for the renewal term shall be invoiced in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France or Switzerland, depending on the location of the service provider’s registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of the Customer’s country of residence.
