(EU) 2014/145/CFSP, as amended Decision (CFSP) 2024/3182

Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP, adopted on 17 March 2014, established restrictive measures—including travel bans and asset freezes—against individuals and entities responsible for actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence of Ukraine.

On 16 December 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/3182, amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP, to introduce further restrictive measures in response to the ongoing situation in Ukraine.

The amendment added 54 individuals and 30 entities to the list of those subject to restrictive measures, reflecting the EU's commitment to upholding Ukraine's territorial integrity and responding to actions that threaten its sovereignty and independence.

These measures are part of the EU's broader strategy to address the situation in Ukraine, aiming to pressure those undermining its territorial integrity while promoting a diplomatic resolution to the conflict.
