VESSEL LAY - UP \nTERMS AND CONDITIONS\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. Vessel lay-up is a ship that is temporarily not sailing and not being operated.<\/li>
  2. Place of layup is the place or location of the ship being laid down in the territory of Indonesia.<\/li>
  3. The layup period is the time after de-activation and before re-activation and all activities in it.<\/li>
  4. Manager is a party that provides management services.<\/li>
  5. Management services are maintenance, repairs and\/or other activities carried out by managers of ships that are not operating.<\/li>
  6. Owner is a person who owns a ship and\/or hires management services to repair, maintain the ship or other necessary matters.<\/li>
  7. Vessels are vessels traded for certain activities on the Indonesian Supplies platform which are bound by these terms and conditions.<\/li>
  8. Reactivation is a ship that will be used or operated again by the owner or other party.<\/li>
  9. Managers must carry out obligations in the form of maintenance, ship repair or other necessary matters as stipulated in these terms and conditions and regulated in the agreement in accordance with the owner’s request.<\/li>
  10. The owner shall carry out his obligation to pay the manager’s wages as agreed and on time in accordance with these terms and conditions and the agreement. In addition, the owner must also pay attention to the completeness of documents, compliance with laws and regulations, permits and other important things that need to be owned by the ship owner.<\/li>
  11. The owner must notify the manager at least 72 hours before shipping the ship. in this case there must be an agreement from both parties and must comply with all ship decommissioning protocols.<\/li>
  12. The time period for laying the ship must be clearly regulated and known by the supplier, owner and Indonesian Supplies.<\/li>
  13. The owner has the right at any time to inspect the vessel under the management’s control.<\/li>
  14. After the ship’s suspension period ends, the owner must take back or activate the ship. this requires approval from both parties and is known to Indonesian Supplies. in the event that any maintenance is not completed or the owner wishes additional time to be prepared for the vessel, the owner must notify the manager and Indonesian Supplies at least 24 hours before the expiration date and inform what work or maintenance the manager needs to do on the laid vessel.<\/li>
  15. Ships may be granted certain insurances related to the marine sector by their owners.<\/li>
  16. Indonesian Supplies is not responsible for any damage, loss, non-compliance, delay or other things that are detrimental to both the owner and manager caused by the fault and negligence of both parties.<\/li>
  17. If there is a dispute between the vendor and the buyer, it will be resolved through deliberation.<\/li>
  18. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, then the Dispute may be submitted and finalized by arbitration in Indonesia, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), which was established on November 30, 1977 based on the Decree of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce No. SKEP\/152\/DPH\/1977 in Indonesia using Indonesian.<\/li>
  19. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without the approval of the Vendor.<\/li><\/ol>
