AIR FREIGHT \nTERMS AND CONDITIONS\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. Vendor is a party that provides air transportation for the delivery of goods.<\/li>
  2. Buyer is a party who purchases air transportation services from a Vendor.<\/li>
  3. Air transportation provided by the Vendor is air transportation via commercial aircraft or goods transport aircraft.<\/li>
  4. The purchase or exchange of air freight services is subject to resource availability, including, without limitation, platform availability.<\/li>
  5. Vendors and Buyers can only provide air transportation services that have complied with all the terms and conditions contained in Indonesian Supplies.<\/li>
  6. Air freight services that have been purchased cannot be canceled, unless otherwise specified in the contract.<\/li>
  7. Every aircraft used to transport goods and crew must have Indonesia standarts.<\/li>
  8. The aircraft used is the type of Boeing or Airbus which is agreed to be used internationally.<\/li>
  9. The aircraft used must have crew and cargo safety standards.<\/li>
  10. Vendors and Buyers are prohibited from using the Indonesian Supplies platform for transactions that violate the law, such as money laundering, fraud and other criminal provisions.<\/li>
  11. Vendors and Buyers are responsible for including the name and complete address of the destination for providing air transportation services so that logistics services can be provided correctly.<\/li>
  12. The vendor guarantees that the person concerned is the rightful owner and is entitled to the delivery of air transportation services to be delivered by Indonesian Supplies and has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable Indonesian Supplies.<\/li>
  13. Vendors and Purchasers warrant not to divulge any information or data in any form regarding the logistics services provided unless expressly permitted by Indonesian Supplies.<\/li>
  14. Vendors and Indonesian Supplies may provide air freight service coupons to Buyers in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.<\/li>
  15. The payment process can be made via bank transfer or PayPal by the Buyer to Indonesian Supplies which will then be forwarded to the Vendor when the entire process of buying and selling logistics services has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been set.<\/li>
  16. Indonesian Supplies does not allow transactions or registration of air freight services (listing) that violates the intellectual property rights of a brand or other intellectual property rights owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/li>
  17. Indonesian Supplies is not responsible if the Vendor or Buyer acts against the law.<\/li>
  18. Indonesian Supplies makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the quality, suitability, safety or capability of the logistics services provided by the Vendor.<\/li>
  19. Indonesian Supplies shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, loss or error in air freight services caused by acts or omissions of the Vendor or Purchaser.<\/li>
  20. Indonesian Supplies has the right to take all necessary steps if the Vendor and Buyer violate these terms and conditions, including to exercise the rights stipulated in the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.<\/li>
  21. The terms and conditions determined by the Vendor must not conflict with these terms and conditions.<\/li>
  22. All actions in this air transportation must comply with the rule of law in Indonesia and the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 35 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Air Transportation.<\/li>
  23. If there is a dispute between the vendor and the buyer, it will be resolved through deliberation.<\/li>
  24. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, then the Dispute may be submitted and finalized by arbitration in Indonesia, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), which was established on November 30, 1977 based on the Decree of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce No. SKEP\/152\/DPH\/1977 in Indonesia using Indonesian.<\/li>
  25. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without the consent of the Vendor.<\/li><\/ol>
