CHARTERING VESSEL WITH CREW \nTERMS AND CONDITIONS\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. Owner is the person who owns the ship.<\/li>
  2. Charterers are people who rent ships for a certain period of time.<\/li>
  3. Ship is a ship used to transport or carry certain goods.<\/li>
  4. Vessels can be chartered for a certain period of time according to the agreement between the owner and charterer.<\/li>
  5. Every ship to be chartered must be delivered by the owner at a place agreed upon by both parties and the ship must be in a safe and undamaged condition.<\/li>
  6. Every ship chartered must comply with the applicable regulatory standards in Indonesia.<\/li>
  7. Neither party may violate any applicable laws in Indonesia.<\/li>
  8. Indonesian Supplies does not allow transactions or registration of charter vessels services that infringe the intellectual property rights of a brand or the owner of other intellectual property rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/li>
  9. Indonesian Supplies cannot be held liable if the Vendor or Buyer acts against the law.<\/li>
  10. Indonesian Supplies makes no representations, warranties or warranties of any kind regarding the quality, suitability, safety or serviceability of the alternative energy services provided by the Vendor.<\/li>
  11. Indonesian Supplies will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, loss or error in alternative energy services caused by the acts or omissions of the Vendor or the Purchaser.<\/li>
  12. Indonesian Supplies has the right to take all necessary steps if the Vendor and the Buyer violate these terms and conditions, including to exercise the rights stipulated in the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.<\/li>
  13. The terms and conditions determined by the Vendor must not conflict with these terms and conditions.<\/li>
  14. All of these terms and conditions are subject to and bound by all other terms and conditions set out on the Indonesian Supplies website.<\/li>
  15. If there is a dispute between the vendor and the buyer, it will be resolved through deliberation.<\/li>
  16. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, then the Dispute may be submitted and finalized by arbitration in Indonesia, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), which was established on November 30, 1977 based on the Decree of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce No. SKEP\/152\/DPH\/1977 in Indonesia using Indonesian.<\/li>
  17. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or make changes to these terms and conditions without the approval of the Vendor.<\/li><\/ol>
