In running its business, Indonesian Supplies always comply with the rules that apply in Indonesia without exception. When building this company, Indonesian Supplies complied with Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and complied with various other related regulations.<\/p>

The data has been regulated in such a way by Indonesian Supplies which has complied with the relevant regulations (Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia) both in Indonesia and abroad such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other regulations so that it attaches great importance to and maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s data that has been entered into the Indonesian Supplies system or website.<\/p>

In terms of employment, Indonesian Supplies have and will always try to fulfill all the rules written in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which means that it has fulfilled the rights and obligations of employees in accordance with the law. \u2013 law.<\/p>

In the field of Health, Indonesian Supplies also provides health rights to employees in accordance with Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health and Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administering Body.<\/p>
